When I ordered it was to be free shipping. The delivery company tried to charge 400B for delivery, this happened twice on different orders.

Both times I refused to accept, I contacted Lazada and they said NO DELIVERY CHARGE that is when the delivery guy came back and started to get very stroppy with Mrs Jessi.

There is a delivery charge for orders under 1000 baht. I would just have said "no" and that would have been the end of it. You knew the deal when you ordered - why stress over it? I don't let my Mrs deal with couriers - good luck if they want to get stroppy with me.

Lazada can be a very useful mail order site where you can get stuff not available anywhere in Thailand and too much trouble to order from overseas - not worth boycotting over such a non-event IMO. I use Lazada Philippines too - never had a single problem on either side of the China Sea.

Fair enough, but why don't you learn to reply without using flame. People will not normally read past "bullshit" in a reply as you're antagonizing the recipient.

Apart from that, Lazada are fine and if you don't use them again, they're not losing any sleep. There aren't a lot of online Thailand based shopping sites available to choose from. I've used them quite often for years and don't have problems.

What you put about being charged for delivery if the purchase is under 1,000B is just total bullshit.

I myself have bought a few things from Lazada although not electronics. However, i should note that my merchandise arrived right on time and we had absolutely no issues with them.

That being said; i would prefer buying electronics with a warranty !

Bought from both Lazada and iTruemart more than 10 times and never had any issues with them .
