my friend has a 60 day tourist visa visa that expires on a sunday.

he wants to get a 30 day extension,which is the exact date of his return flight .

can he do the extension on the monday ?

or does he have to do it on the friday which would leave him 2 days overstay ?

He'll get the same 60 + 30 days regardless of when he applies. The extension is added onto the existing permission. Nothing to do with the date he applies for the extension.
