September 6, 200619 yr Hi All The below are the updates and decisions from the league meeting. 1. No Change to core regulations 2. All players must be registered before the season starts, no exceptions. 3. During the league, new players must be submitted to Pui at MBMG on or before Wednesday to be eligible to play on the coming weekend. 4. All teams must have a home and away strip, with enough shirts for all active players to have a unique number for a match, shirt changes are not allowed during a match. Numbered bibs are acceptable. 5. Fines stand as they are THB 500 for a red. One match suspension. 6. Fine must be paid on the day of the red car or prior to the next team match, if not the suspended player will face a further week suspended, if the fine is not paid by the next week the entire team is suspended until the fine is paid, all matches are forfeit 3-0 7. Players getting 4 yellow cards are suspended for 1 match. Yellow cards will be set to 0 again at the midway point of the season. (After week 16.) 8. Any player who plays for pro team in any capacity in the active season can not play in the casuals league. Any team found violating this rule will result in the team captain, manager and player being banned for life. 9. Paying players is not allowed, only Thai players may be subsidized for Taxi fares and match fees. Any team found violating this rule will result in the team captain, manager and player being banned for life. 10. Pattaya pitch fees will be collected at the start of the season, cost will be sent to Chris by Terry/Rick to add in, removing the need for any fees to be paid at any match. 11. Teams that wish to play both home and away in Pattaya please inform me asap. 12. Teams requiring a VAT invoice for their league fees will need to pay 7% VAT on the league fees. 13. League fees are to be paid prior to the start of the season, 50% minimum, preferably 100%. (final cost pending Pattaya pitch fee) Let me know if I missed anything Cheers Chris http://www.somtam.com/

And here was me thinking that all I had to do being captain was to wear an armband and call "heads or tails" when doing the toss up. I didn't realize that I could a get life ban.
