A supplementary khun BenQ; I intend to renew my 'retirement visa' soon. I have UK Embassy Income letter etc & now need only Thai bankbook update & letter. Must the letter/update be done on the same day as the application (Pattaya) or can it be the day before?

You don't need the bank book and letter if you are using the income only option.

Jomtien immigration will accept a bank letter done the day before. From recent reports they will also normally accept the bank book update from the day before.
