90-day online not going through

Featured Replies

My wife and I, both Americans, cannot understand why our online 90-day notification, after we submit the first step, receives the message, "For further information regarding the 90-day Notification Report Service, please contact the Immigration Branch Office in your residence area."

I really don't understand what this means. It doesn't specifically state that there is something wrong with our submission, but it does send us back to the first page, with no option to proceed further.

We are registered at Chaeng Wattana and use our Bangkok address, though we are spending much time in Sisaket as well, which is where we are now. We have not planned to return to Bkk for several more weeks and would rather not make a special trip just to take care of this. In the past, we have made our notifications by mail when upcountry and did receive a card with our last receipt inquiring where we lived, Sisaket or Bangkok? Could we have been flagged, resulting in our being rejected online? Or does this represent some other kind of problem, maybe even that today is a national holiday? It really isn't clear.

The message means that your records can not be found. It can be because you have no record or their is an error in your records. The most probable error is your passport number. or date of birth or nationality.

You should not have problems doing a mail in report but your address on the TM47 form and the self addressed envelope both must have a Bangkok address.
