Hi, anyone know if there are road rules here ?? Is there such a thing as the ' highway code' Doing my 5 year licence this week so need some help. Thanks , the Bard

One would assume if you are getting your 5 yr, you already had a one year and should know whats involved.

Thai highway code is based on the UK one, don't bother reading or abiding by any of the rules though, Thais certainly don't. Driving on the left if you feel like it and traffic lights are just a suggestion, indicators if you can be bothered, other drivers f them, that's about it really.

why the sudden urge ??? by the way i think the rules can be found on line thai/english from the relative government department (s)
