Tried many already.None had US $ for sale. They buy but not sell them

Central festival, fourth floor, all major Thai banks have a branch there. might be your problem is smaller denominations, but there, they should have them

Where are you going that requires you pay the visa fee in dollars?

I also think a lot of places, but I have done this at an exchange place very close to Jomtien immigration, Soi 5, a little bit towards Jomtien 2nd road, same side.

Myanmar Visa Run.

I have bought a few times at booths in Pattaya to pay for a Cambodian visa, but you have to take what they have. Good luck.

Have a great day

OK,thanks.I will try again some Places more later

Just use Baht, I ran around the airport one day trying to get $35 . Never found it and used Baht. What a waste of time.

They don't accept Baht.But u can buy $ at the crossing.For a Price.Maybe I will do that.

I have used Yenjit Currency exchange a number of times to convert from Thb to other currencies. I used the one on Walking Street but they also have other branches in Pattaya (including one mentioned by JT - near Immigration office on Soi 5).

Their website gives details - scroll down a little for the addresses in Pattaya.
