They were questioned by security officials of their weapon, and Niiduerae admitted to have hided his 9 mm CZ pistol on the bed.

He was led into the house to look for the pistol. But unexpectedly after walking into the bedroom, he grabbed the loaded pistol and fired at the escorting police officers, injuring three of them, while he was also shot dead.

The three officers were later admitted to Yala Hospital Centre.

Well if that isn't sloppy, lazy police work I don't know what is. The guy admitted he has a gun, why wasn't he handcuffed (hands behind his back)??

Complacency kills.

Spot on, Amazing stuff!
