Years ago there was a guy on Thaivisa selling tubs of brining mix to make bacon. Sadly the advert can be found but no contact details. So, does anyone know how to buy brining mix over the 'Thai' internet or anyone who sells it.

I'm not looking for recepies or 'do it yourself' methods just the lazy way of opening a tub, mixing it with water and putting the pork in it for 5 days ;)
