Hi whats good car insurance company?

We got Benz C250 not year old yet, got a dog ripped skirt. Plastic under doors.

They insist on painting it. How can u paint plastic that is ripped....

I use Varija or something like that. Comes from merc.

We pay 1 class 50k

Car was 3.2mil

Still have to pay 1000 excess.

I have to leave car with them up to 10 days.

I need car everyday and they not provide spare car.

I want switch insurance for a similar price that is reliable not stingy and give spare car.

Any ideas?

I tried some online quotes but they dont show for the car I got.

AXA, but courtesy car is not part of your insurance . It's up to garage or dealer .

When taking out policy pick " I think " dealer option, this allows you to go to shop of your choice, including Benz dealer . Benz usually provides courtesy car

In uk you can buy replacement car as an insurance option. They dont do that here?

Garage. I dont expect insurance as its not in contract.

Like I said in UK you can buy it as an extra in ur insurance, wonder if they do that here?

There are a few compare sites but all very flawed.

Try the brokers, but as i said, its the garage not the insurance.

The biggest is not always the best.

I have had a bad experience with Viriyah BTW, never again for me.

Not known to public, ie us, shops are on "strike" with Viriyah and refuse to work with them

Does not affect us in a way, as Viriyah would send you to shop which will work with them.

However the reason for shops NOT wanting to work with Viriyah is because they approve a job, but then either delay payment or pay less than agreed amount.

So possibly shops which do work with them, will be doing cheap jobs knowing they would not be paid on time and correct amounts.

My insurance is with AXA but as I have never made any sort of claim I have no idea how good they are.

I'm surprised that an insurance company would pay for internal damage caused by the car owner's own dog though. I would not pay out for that if I was running the insurance company.
