Hi guys. I wish one of the forum experts could answer my questions.

If I’ve been in Thailand without going out for even a day, for the past three years and I've continuously had a Non Immigrant B visa and work permit.

My wife is a Thai national.

Would I be eligible to apply for permanent residency in Thailand?

Cheers

If you entered on a non-imm visa and have 3 un-broken yearly extensions you do qualify.

More details here:http://www.thaivisa.com/300.0.html

Bear in mind, that nationality plays a role among all the other criteria. i.e. PR is granted to a certain number of nationals per year, only.

At the top of this sub-forum there is an extensive guide to PR by one of our mods, Camerata.

In short, yes, you would be eligible.
