I used THIS recipe a few years ago minus half the chili's. it's really easy to make up. OK if you have spices for Indian foods and I don't think you're supposed to but I only used a little bit and froze the rest. Defrosted, used a bit and put back in the freezer.

I know, I know but i've been doing that with everything except pork for 35 years and I've never made anyone ill (or caused a death) yet.

Mam obviously scared me where pork is concerned.
