Daughter has just had her AA flight from Kuala Lumpur to Don Muang cancelled and switched to a later flight that gives her just 2 hours connection time for her Nok Air flight to Ubon. Don't really have any options for switching to an earlier flight from KUL.

Question I'm asking is for those that often do the flights into DMK is the 2 hours transfer time adequate (checked baggage) or is it cutting it tight ? Obviously flight delays are another factor.....

if she already checked in online for the Nok flight, should be plenty of time

clear immigration, collect bags, then straight upstairs to Nok bag drop queue

If she is a Nok Fan club member, they have a special counter for checking in also (last time I checked)

As I said no room for alternative flights. Arrives at 17.30 now instead of 16.30. She is already booked on last flight of the day at 19.30.

Yep. Always prefer to have a bit of leeway time but it is what it is.

In my experience there is no problem. Stop worrying.

For domestic flights it's advised to be at the airport 2 hours before departure. She will be landing 2 hours before the next flight so would expect it to be ok.
