1 Year Visa Question

Featured Replies

Hi,

I've just applied for a 1 year non imigrent visa to start beginning of Jan to see my girl friend. Thing is i've just had a bonus at work and would save the money but my girl has persuaded me to come visit her next month for a couple of weeks(i've only been away 3 weeks!)

Can I just come in as normal with the visa waiver and leave after the 2 weeks without starting my visa as I'm still coming over in Jan and want to take full advantage of the visa, or would this cause problems having my visa in my passport? I suppose i'll confuse the hel_l out of imagration, but that dont take much!

Thanks for any replys!

If you've got a 1 year multiple entry 'O' visa in your passport you can travel to Thailand as many times as you want within that year - each visit giving you a 90 day stay

Hope this helps

As far as I knew you couldn't post date the start date of a Non-Immigrant type O visa anyway. It starts as soon as you apply. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong here).
