There is nothing to download, you enter your information online and you can only do that within three days of travel - just like Singapore (and others). That's it. Did you not look at the site before asking? It would be obvious if you had. So many silly "what ifs" in this thread. -

You don't download the form or send it anywhere. You can't fill it in until 3 days of arrival. Then it sends you an email.- 1
