Gyms near Maejo or Sansai

I haven't found one but Exclusive is good and closer to then going into the city center.

If you get off the Superhighway at Tesco/JJ Market/Kamtiem and turn right to go past the Rimping there and a left at the second traffic light it's not too bad of a drive during non-rush hour times when the gym is probably quieter too. From Old San Sai rd it's also accesible from 118 Doi Saket Rd by taking a right at Forcino Drug and bear left and it's straight down that road.

There's one on the Maejo University Campus just ask around for directions.

Checked it out but it's a little smaller than I had in mind and I don't think I would feel comfortable working out with mostly teenagers and early 20's. I'm hoping to find a gym that's a little more hard core with decent equipment. I realize I'll probably have to head into town to find what I want. Maybe the 700 year stadium.

There's s gym inside CM biz park (18.786641, 99.000658 - approx)

Pretty cheap (but I forget how much). You can pay per session or buy coupon booklets. I've asked there, but I don't use it because:

No air conditioning, no showers, no toilets, no sauna.

But it's cheap, friendly, no frills and very popular. Equipment is good enough.

Oh I totally forgot the new one near Rumchok, heading south go right at Riming and it's not far on that side of rt. 3029. Expensive and heavy handed sales, seems like the owner wants it for him and his friends only.
