I'm very aware of that it is called case law in the states I'm a retired Police Officer and former private investigator. I have an investigation that I'm working on my self and understanding the elements of a crime is important in finding relevant information. I will turn everything over to an attorney here if I my findings are correct and appropriate to the law of Thialand.

The civil cite was very informative in undertanding a recent law matter the my wife an I were involved in. Hard to play by the rules if you don't know what they are. By understanding those rules I was able to be helpful to the attorney in gathering evidence to be used in trial.

It's nothing more then that.
