cmsally
Money mysteriously disappearing from my prepaid phone. having read a bit and logged into AIS website. it seems I have the AIS3G added service which eats money. However it's an old style call phone , don't want the added service . How can I cancel. Can't seem to do online or they are trying their hardest to make it really unobvious. Issanman
Go to this website: https://aiseservice.ais.co.th/eServiceWeb/ Put in your telephone number and they will send you an SMS with a one-time-password (OTP) that will allow you to log in online and manipulate your AIS account. bamnutsak
*129*1# Send turns data off (this is a USSD command sent to the network to perform a network-based action) *129*2# Send, turns data on, again at the network. You can also call, email, IVR, use the web-based app, or the Android app. http://www.ais.co.th/roaming/3g-postpaid/close-open-data.aspx?language=en (says postpaid but works on prepaid, I used it yesterday for a friend's phone) http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/index.php?app=core&module=attach§ion=attach&attach_id=316696
