Hey all.

Around 15 August we be moving to Bang Saen into a house own by my Thai wife father.

He continuing to be the owner to the day he not more here, and then my wife get the house.

So there be no rental Contract for me this time.

What about the TM.28 & TM.30 ??

Here in Nonthaburi where we live now, They want rental Contract for TM.28 & TM.30, and when applying for 1 year Extension (Married)

Do we need to make a "Fake" rental Contract ?

If so, can we make that "Fake" rental Contract to apply for 3-5 years, So we don't have to do it every year ?

It is a good idea to apply for "Yellow book" so we can skip that rental Contract ??

It would be simpler if your wife could have herself registered on the house book for the house. Then she could do the TM30 and attach a copy of her house book and ID card to it.

If not her father would need to write a note stating you are living in his house and do the TM30 with the same copies attached.

Thanks.

My wife is going to be in the house book, So it sound great if she can do it. If not, it is no problem, her father can do it.

We going to try that first, and if they say NO NO, We have her father do it.

If they want a contract, we have to make a "Fake" contract.

As i say before, My Immgration office want contract when do TM.28 / TM.30. And don´t know my "new" Immigration Office.

Thanks again UbonJoe.

Only to follow up.

Today we go to the Si Racha Immigration Office.

In and out under 5 min, Fasted time i be at any Immigration Office :-)

They only wanted TM.28.

They give me back the TM.30 we prepared and have my wife Dad sign.

Told me, No need for us to do it again, As i done one a Nonthaburi Immigration in May 2015 for the apartment we live in before moving to Bang Saen.

But need to do one, when i apply for my next 1 year Married-Extension in May 2016.

Maybe i misunderstand it all about the TM.30.

But i was sure a "new" house owner have to do it when i move in ?

But all good now (i hope).
