Look very carefully at the bottle the guy in the blue shirt is holding. There's a chunk missing with background showing through. That's a chopping error in photoshop - easy to overlook. A hat, so she can keep working in the hot sun (2) a raincoat so she can unblock drains when it's pouring rain....
