Multiple Entry Non Immigrant B

Featured Replies

My Nationality is Dutch and my age is 64, I am still working, do have a Co. Ltd. a workpermit

VAT registration, company registration and pay my taxes.

Two times I tried to get a ONE YEAR NON B MULIPLE ENTRY in Vientiane, what ever the documents I showed they only provided me with a 3 month single entry B.

In Holland I can easily get the reqiuered ONE YEAR NON B MULTIPLE ENTRY. But the trip is expensive and I am therfore considering to go to Australia for the next run. Does any one has a good advise regarding the Australia run, such as what kind of documents you take along with you and what is the best place to go.

The matter is urgent as to extend my export permit I need a visa with a validity of at least 6 month, this means that right now I am forced to export without an export smart card.

Any advise is welcome.

By the way I know that I can go for a retirement visa, however if you are retiring you are not allowed to workso this is no option.

It is very simple...... I applied for Non Immigrant B Visa at Thai consulate in Macquarie Street Sydney, I am an Australian, who previously worked here and had a work permit, all they wanted to see was a copy of my work permit, a letter from my employer and presto a 1 year Non Immigrant B Visa with Multiple Re-entry for 1 year !!! only requirement is to apply for extension of stay or leave country every 90 days.......

if you would like more information email me //email removed//

In another thread Sunbelt has reported seeing a work permit being issued on retirement visa in last 24 hours so there may be a change afoot.
