Whats going on at chong nonsi bridge?

Every Sunday afternoon I walk past the bridge from the BTS to BRT, and I see a photo shoot on the Bridge. Always a bunch of hot girls in tight outfits, and some fat nerds photographing them. I'm not sure what the arrangement is. Are the girls hiring the men to get professionally shot pictures? Or, I notice the men enjoying it quite a lot, are they paying the girls to take photos of them?

The babes are on their way home from K. Napaphot's mansion. He has these Sat. night dos, see Berlusconi for details. It's different girls every week so they like to have their pics taken together after for memory's sake. No cams allowed at the "event" obviously but you'll find pics in the Thai underground media. Nap's a big big fish so tread carefully.
