a99az
We (Thai wife English husband and two small English Thai children) from UK will be visiting Thailand soon for a holiday we have return tickets to the UK. Wife has Thai passport kids and me will travel on British passports. Could my wife stop the kids returning home to the UK with me if she wanted to. This is very unlikely as we are settled here in the UK and the kids are doing well in school. Just that I would like to know the law regarding this. dutchisaan
If this so very unlikely, as you say, why ask a question like this? Troll
a99az
If this so very unlikely, as you say, why ask a question like this? Troll Because I am not sure if my wife is harbouring plans to stay when we get there and I don't want the conflict. But if I jump the gun and do not go as planed I could make a problem for nothing. If you have nothing constructive to add please crawl back under the rock you slid out from.
Mario2008
Yes, she could if she can find a judge that agrees with her. That the children enter Thailand on a British passport is of no significance (other than for immigration). They are Thai nationals.
