I know it says milk. But I can't find any cream (not whipped) in food land. Only evaporated milk and normal ones( freezer). Only these I felt might be.. Please someone direct me.

That looks like milk, and low fat milk at that. Cream is high in fat.

In Foodland you will find the cream, mostly in 1L cartons (but some smaller cartons) in the dairy section. They usually have whipping* cream and heavy cream.

*Whipping cream is just a thickened cream. It's not "whipped" until you whip it.

I don't think you will find cream in cans here, just condensed milk and evaporated milk (mostly sweetened).
