Thanks, but it is still illegible in parts - it needs a higher resolution scan.

went back yesterday and they went thru the checklist an god are they picky,O

Out of the 28, 7 were incomplete/wrong or she just refused to look for the copies

I really get the impression they DO NOT want Farangs doing non B extensions.

I needed 3 forms an rather than give me blank ones they gave me copies that other applicants had filled out,

and they are NOT available anywhere BUT i would assume a lawyers office, so we need type the whole form over.

Many things were in my application packet, but she said they weren't

my gf has an extension for her passport and the page is there in her passport extending it till 2017( copy provided) , yet they only said her passport is only good till Dec 1015

some of her passport copies were sideways and she marked they needed all be right way up.

They want see photos of the thai staff at work, not just standing in front of the work place

The lady kept telling me to have my thai staff come in so she could "explain" , i really know why they prefer dealing with lawyers and anyone here knows the reason as well.

So getting everything together again an back in on friday, at least they know me now and i dont need wait in the lines

Any chance of a higher resolution scan as Phuket Immigration have added nine new conditions, so it would certainly be good to produce a revised English Version of these 28 conditions?

As it is you can't read around a quarter of the document, many words are not clear at all.

Understand your frustrations, as Phuket have been particularly picky with this extension type for at least over a decade.

Thanks for your efforts, but the second scan is as difficult to read as the first.

Yes, I have no doubt that a native Thai reader can parse/interpolate out the original text, but at my personal level of Thai literacy, I still need to see every letter in a word to understand it.

As you say, maybe Immigration trashed it on their scanning/copying, or maybe it's your scanner's jpeg compression.

Either way, thanks, I will pick up a copy of the 'original' from Phuket immigration and work with that.
