Property managers and reasonable fees

I thought renting a condo in Pattaya was not a big deal, and for one this may be true. But the author of this book, a local real estate agent, says that if you rent more than a few units you have a high chance of being seen as a business and suffering problems as a result: http://www.amazon.com/Pattaya-Property-Thailands-Real-Estate-ebook/dp/B008NPJP82/ref=sr_1_fkmr1_1

Apparently one way around this is to hire local property management to take care of all the rentals, as now a legitimate Thai company is doing all the heavy lifting.

Does anyone know a good local property manager? What rates are considered reasonable?

"Until recently, purchasing freehold real estate in Thailand was impossible and the only alternatives - either buying leasehold or owning as a minority shareholder in a Thai company - were a major turn off. But following an amendment to the Condominium Act in 2008, it's now possible for anyone to buy a condominium in Thailand....."

This guy is a tit.

Couldn't agree more.

Standard rRates 6 months = 2 weeks, 1 year = 1 month. Montly between 10%-15% depending full/part management.
