jmccarty
I bought an expensive De'Longhi coffee maker, bean to cup type, from Central Festival Mall about 18 months ago and 2 internal parts have broken now from disassembling it to clean it. I'm certain it is under warranty but can't find the receipt or warranty (as usual). Does anyone have a good suggested alternative source of high end coffee makers (bean grind to cup) in Pattaya? I know I can get a replacement in Central Festival Mall, though they stopped carrying De'longhi. But there must a lower cost seller of these machines? Any good brand will suffice. tolsti
Try Lazada online.... they have De Longhi on there.
Emster23
I know you are looking for bean to cup, but have you considered separate grinder & makers? I've got a Krupps grinder & Electrolux maker. Fewer moving parts and things to go wrong....
frodo77
Bon Cafe in Naklua. They also have a website. I bought my Seaco fully automatic from them a few years ago - still going strong.

richard_smith237
Possibly not your 'cup of tea', however... (Yes, I know, a tea metaphor in a coffee thread).... I've found that the Nespresso Machines and pods make excellent coffee, the machines are reliable and very labour free... Unless you actually enjoy the process of grinding your beans etc

Unless you actually enjoy the process of grinding your beans etc Thanks Richard, one of my neighbours has one and it is not bad coffee. But I prefer the automatic grinder type. There is a large selection of beans available at various places in Thailand. The variety is nice to have.

The Syncrony logic machine looks about right! Honda Automobiles (Thailand) uses them in their service centers. Great looking machine making great coffee. Saw it about a month ago on www.numchai.com online for 17+ K, but I can't see it anymore there. At that low price, sold out probably very quickly. Liked it so much that I even took a picture. SheungWan
In a previous life I used a mechanical grinder but eventually realised that it just didn't grind fine enough for what I wanted. Life is simpler now as I just buy the beans in Friendship and select which grade of fineness for them to grind to. I am told Benjamit will do similar. Then it is simple to use a funnel and coffee filters which I have brought over from the Algerian Coffee Stores in Soho. But the plastic funnels and filters on sale in Friendship are OK. I threw away the plunger as well. Looks good but a bit rough on the output.
