Understood and I appreciate the explanation. The last time I filed a null return was five years ago. When the woman had almost finished entering the information into the system she turned and asked, can I ask you why you're filing a return when you aren't owed any money. I hesitated slightly and before I could answer she said, with a slight smile, I think I understand why, Draw your own conclusions. -

Tax, PRB etc.
Just done that with Sister-in-law's car. Nearest tax office is 25km away so we went to a testing station only 3km down the road. We paid the correct amount, received the receipt, left the registration book and we have to retrieve it with the new sticker tomorrow. -
