How to get UK passport?

Hi forum,

Divorced Thai (from me) now a permanent resident, I'm Dutch/Brit, she entered on EEA family visa in 2008. X2 children with brit/Thai passports. Divorce finalised, can anyone explain to me now she now gains a British passport and can she be exempt life in UK bulsht?

To be naturalised as British she needs to meet all the requirements, including proving she has sufficient English (or Scottish Gaelic or Welsh) ability and passing the LitUK test.
