Nothing new that I am aware of so if you've been doing it for four years, you already know the drill.

I did mine last week. There's nothing new. It's a new desk and more efficient than in previous years.

When I went there the queue number display was not working. If you don't see it turning over, go up to the desk and ask.

Edit: Come to think of it there was something new. I required one additional photocopy from my passport and to my surprise they made the copy on their machine.

Yes, the last time I went in my queue number and the one shown on the sign were miles apart, so I walked over to the desk and they just took my application straight away without even looking at the ticket.
