Second life sentence for serial rapist-killer Nui
The Nation

BANGKOK: -- A self-confessed child serial rapist Wednesday received a life sentence for the February 2013 attempted rape and murder of a four-year-old girl in Loei's Muang district.

Nui (last name unknown), 32, was initially given a death sentence, which was commuted to life due to his confession.

Nui was previously given a life sentence by Bangkok's Phra Khanong District Court for killing a six-year-old girl in December 2013 at a deserted area near Soi Sukhumvit 105, raping and strangling her.

At that time, Nui allegedly confessed to the rape of 10 young victims since 2008 and, besides the six-year-old girl, he had killed two children in Loei and one more in Bangkok.

he should have received the death penalty for killing the girl in 2013 .. this is a serial killer for god sake !! what a <deleted> up justice system this country practices.

but ... don't be surprised if you read about his death in prison in a few weeks ... whistling.gif

Should have been put to death for doing it to so many. Life in prison is not enough for him.

He's a baby rapist murderer. Prison is death.

Well he's obviously still alive now, after 18 months as a baby rapist murderer.

Perhaps you're not as clued in as you think you are.

I think that's a Western concept. Correct me if I'm wrong. I don't think there is that kind of justice in Thai prisons.

Apparently not - he's been there long enough & is still breathing.

Nui will undergo another trial in October for the November 2013 murder of a seven-year-old boy in Loei's Wang Saphung district, which he denies.

For all you people calling for the execution, one thing springs to mind. ''Never lower yourself to the standards of a murderer''. Learn what makes them tick and study them. This can only be the sensible answer. Lives can be saved as it has been proven with the advances in criminal profiling. All this knowledge was gathered from killers who lived, not the killers who have been executed. Oh yes and all those of you who are in any way religious, think of this, whose shoulder is the executioner going to cry on when he gets turned away from the pearly gates.

Hope they rape him to death in prison - he deserve it and taxpayers dont deserve to pay food for this creature ... Kill him asap please ... !!!

Do you you feel the same about the man who abused and raped him when he was a teenager?

He will soon wish he was dead. The other prisoners will give him some cruel and unusual punishment.

From what I've read about Thai prisons and prisoners it is unlikely his crimes, as heinous as they are, will lead to prison justice being meted out to him by his fellow Thais. Also, the hapless Burmese prisoners usually have to share their cells with the sex offenders. That's like a double punishment for the Burmese.

What you say seems to be right about Thai prisons from what Ive read in books and seen in documentaries on the subject.
