I know there's been some posts on this, and I've done a google search, but the information seems varied and spread out.

Does anyone have the link of the British govt site, which states how and what docs are required to apply for a first passport for child?

I'm in Chiang Mai, and father of child is Thai. Do we need full birth certs? Does the photo need to be counter-signed by British professional?

And can we apply by post? Thanks
