Fields Analytics is a BOI registered limited liability company based in Thailand. One of the company’s shareholders, Fields Associates Limited, offers a range of computer forensic and data recovery services across Europe and the United States. Principal European operations are based in France, Germany, Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom. The company is fully ISO registered for ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems), ISO 27001 (Information Security Standards) and ISO 14001 (Environment Management). The company also has the British ‘Investors in People’ Accreditation.

Details of position:

We are currently expanding our data recovery Enquiry Handling Team and are looking for a motivated, confident, & hard working person to fit into our strong team. The main duties of the position are:

• Handling French incoming/outgoing client enquiries;

• Providing prospective clients with detailed information about our services;

• Addressing client queries;

• Transferring calls to relevant departments and liaising with the Sales/Technical teams when required.

Skill levels required:

• Native French speaking;

• Prior experience in a call centre or sales environment advantageous;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Experience of/interested in Information Technology;

• Able to work under pressure. A real enthusiasm and willingness to learn will also be a requirement for consideration for this position.

Personal qualities required:

• Already residing in Thailand and willing if needed to relocate to Chiang Mai

• Have outstanding communication skills

• Be punctual and have a strong work ethic

• Be organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Work independently and be self-motivated

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Have the ability to work well with co-workers and have a positive attitude

Role Development:

Due to the nature of Fields Analytics the role will be constantly evolving. We are developing and experiencing our vision of unrelenting growth in this unique field and the right candidate will have a vision for their own personal professional development married with a vision of developing the company’s presence and standing in the market. Migration into senior roles such as team leaders and management are a natural development for people who excel at Fields.

Job Specifics:

• 20000 THB + performance Bonus per month

• 40 hours per week

• Visa and work permit provided

• Based in Chiang Mai

• On-going training
