My next work contract has been delayed by a month. And this has entirely screwed up my very carefully calculated visa situation. I've just used up a triple entry tourist visa from the UK, also did a 30 day extension on the last 2 entries. I now need another 28 days in country.

If I wander down to Chong Chom border, am I likely to have problems doing a quick in out for a 30 day exempt? My last 30 day exempt was almost 2 years ago, so no recent ones.

Anyone used Chong Chom lately to do this? What happened?

Since you are not on a visa exempt entry now you should have no problem getting one.

Its been a year but as UJ says you should be ok.
