What is the best way to buy the phone and get a good one here in Thailand (new, refurbished or second hand) for a great price.... Lazada Thailand is an on line site where you have a wide choice of new phones. or you could go to TESCO LOTUS and visit one of the mobile phone shops on the 2nd floor.
