August 4, 201510 yr Hi guys. As I have not been in KL for a while I am asking you some updates about it. I have to be there for some personal reason when my visa will expire next month, and so I would love to make my new Non-O Multi visa as married with Thai national (My wife is Thai). I know some time ago they introduced the rule to show a deposit of a least 400,000 thb. Other documents are always the same? Any problem to obtain Non-O Multi with the book bank showing proof if finance? Original passport valid not less than 6 months with a copy of information page(s) Visa application form duly filled out with one 4x6 cm. sized photograph (white / blue background taken within the past 6 months) Original and copy of official marriage certificate (For spouse*). Original and copy of official birth certificate (For children*). Copy of Thai identity card (of spouse or parent). Copy of Thai House registration (of spouse or parent). Bank Statement with a minimum deposit of 400,000 Bath Thanks in advance
August 4, 201510 yr Your list seems to be accurate but I wanna share with you my experience. In July 2013 I've been to KL in order to apply for a multi entry non immigrant o Visa with the proof of 400k in my bank account, at first they didn't want to give it to me because they asked "why don't you do the year extension at your immigration office", I told them that I couldn't coz the money weren't there 2 months earlier and they wouldn't accept. Eventually I convinced them. Sent from my GT-I9082 using Tapatalk

August 4, 201510 yr Author Thanks a lot for sharing. Actually I have the amount deposited long enough for make an extension here, but the process is quite privacy-invasive plus, doing lots of trips outside Thailand, I should pay a fortune in re-entry permits, so that Non-O multi is still my best choice. I will try my luck and if I cannot obtain it, I will then head to Savannakhet next. Thank you again Siriam

August 4, 201510 yr Popular Post As far as I know they no longer do any multiple entry visas. They stopped doing them well over a year ago. Penang will do them with financial proof. Savannakhet without any financial proof.

I didn't know that, so this http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/433392-current-visa-availability-summary-from-neighboring-countries/ should be adjusted accordingly... I visited recently the official website and this type of visa is still listed http://www.thaiembassy.org/kualalumpur/th/services/963/18997-DEPENDENT.html , but I'm sure that you are basing your reply on users experiences... a treasure that can't be replaced... I guess they forgot to delete that line... Sent from my GT-I9082 using Tapatalk
August 4, 201510 yr Author Thanks to you all I will try my chances once there, so I will make a further report in september. Sure to cut out a multi visa for who is regularly married with kids, doesn't help much...
