Dual language Thai cookbooks?

Featured Replies

My granddaughters are coming over later this year (two blonde English Roses).

Wifey wants to teach them Thai cooking so they can 'treat' mum and dad when they get home to the UK.

Anyone seen dual-language cookbooks so they can follow what Wifey is doing / see English names for ingredients etc?

There's "Thai Culinary Art" by Srisomboon Bhandhukravi. Not sure if it's still in print, though.
