wormdrive
Can anyone substantiate if it is necessary to provide the required marriage affidavit with attached certified Thai translation (which is needed for the initial (year one) extension / married abroad) annually during the renewal/extension? Meaning that each and every year a trip to the embassy has to be made for a new affidavit? The Kor 22 has been procured and reissued again within the last 2 weeks. Or, can the applicant provide the previous documents? Is the affidavit even needed again or does the Kor 22 suffice in lieu of it?
ubonjoe
You you just need your marriage certificate and the Kor Ror 22. It the marriage certificate is not in English you must provide a certified translation of it.
wormdrive
Thank you for the clarification. I wasn't sure if a trip to the embassy had to be made every year.
