I live and work in Phuket. My employer filed my application for my 6th extension recently, as they had done all the previous year's. There is always a month's wait after filing, with a corresponding stamp in my passport, with an instruction to return 30 days later. This has always worked as expected in the past 5 years.

This year the month passed and the extension was not ready at the end of 30 days. Has anyone had the same problem recently, in Phuket or elsewhere?

The most important thing is you are OK. The under consideration stamp is valid until they add your one year extension.

It is not unusual for the approval to take more than 30 days.

The under consideration stamp allows you to stay until it is approved. The 30 day report back date is just than and is not the end of the under consideration period.
