About To Signup For Ta Fast Internet

I'm about to signup with the 256/128 package at 750 baht a month. This deal includes 40 free hours and then it's 14 baht/hour per additional hour.

My phone line here is not so pristine. When I test it at the mcafree site I get anywhere from 30 kbps to 50 kbps.

Good deal? Is there anything better? What's the deal with IPStar? I have two small balconies (maybe 3 feet by 4 feet), are they sufficient for IPStar?

I understand that with my ta plan I'll still have to pay for the internet service provider like csloxinfo. Is this the case? Are there other fast internet providers that include the isp?
