jtTamad
I have some things in storage in the US that I want to sell on eBay (in the US, not Thailand obviously). There shouldn't be a problem with that, right? When I bring up ebay here, the prices are in baht, but I presume these are things advertised in the US or everywhere, not just in Thailand, am I correct? I saw some old posts about selling things for profit from Thailand on US eBay. What are ramifications of that?
SamDean
You're going to need a VPN for the site to recognize where you're selling from. There's a good chrome plugin called Zenmate that has a US proxy. It's pretty important that eBay thinks that you're in the states.
swampdonkey
I have never had a problem signing in to eBay from Thailand. I contacted eBay via live chat and everything was arranged. Be careful with VPN I know people who had their accounts closed because eBay picked up on the VPN
Brit_Doggie
Yes ebay have picked up a few vpn and some have difficulty getting any money from their account on the site, will say this have sold things on the site from within Thailand and the goods were shipped from the uk with no issues whatever and no vpn here and the bay know I'm in Thailand but I use the uk site for purchases selling of goods with paypal.
