My previous visa (Ed) expired May 27, 2015 and that day I crossed over to Savannakhet. But when I left they told me I was supposed to to a 90 day report by the 24th. I completely forgot but they let me through. Back to the present, I'm on a non O for marriage, multiple entry and need to do a visa run by August 25 but in the back of my passport the old paper is still there which says "This is not an extension of stay. Please notify your address again on 24 May 2015".

Did leaving the country count as a 90 day report or am I not months late? If I'm late, how expensive is this mistake?

Take the 90 day report paper out of the passport it is no longer relevant as you have a multi-entry visa.

Take that old report receipt out of your passport and immigration on departure will not even know you ever made a 90 day report.

Most people take the receipt out before they leave the country.
