Has any one seen or know of Rectangular or square section steel ie: for awning that has been pre primed (undercoated) at the factory (besides Bluescope Steel),not the same

I think they would usually have to import from China as allot on, i think Amazon

Would just like to have an excellent base rather than wiping all the oil of & hoping the primer is good & stays on (let alone the time saving)

Most building supplies stores will be able to sell you factory primed steel. But in my experience, it's a very thin coat that's been scraped and scratched in transit anyway, so you still need to re-coat it yourself.

New steel shouldn't have oil (or anything else) on it - it should be completely clean.

The most commonly found steel profiles here are raw black and oily leaving your hands and clothing a black horrible mess.
