Suckling Pig where to buy

Where can I buy Suckling Pig 6 > 8 kgs frozen or fresh in the Pattaya area ......I used to buy from Makro but not seen them for quite a while.

Suggest you ask your local bar as they will have a pig man on call... Just tell him what you are looking for.

Not sure about price, but I'd ask Bjarness at the Cafe Kromborg. He's been around 30+ years and can get you one for sure.

Kronborg is opposite the Areca lodge on Soi Diana.

He'll cook it for you if you want, and it will be falling off the bones. I've been at a few Christmas parties that he catered & his kitchen cooks some fantastic food!

If you know where Soi Taeng Mo is, off Soi BuaKhao beside the R-Con, then you will find the shop for Somsak Moo there, who I have used in the past.

Or ask any of the motorcycle taxis in the BuaKhao area to take you to Somsak Moo, and they will know where to go.

It's about 3,000B for a pig and a guy who'll cook it. They do it all the time at Shamrock bar. I believe it is on soi 13/4. But I'm sure about any bar would be able to hook you up.

Update :- I contacted Yorkies the Butcher on Chaiyapreuk Road ......they can supply 7>8 kgs pig for 140 baht per KG.

PS there Pork Pie are second to non .
