Brit caught up in attempted bag snatch in Central Pattaya

PATTAYA: -- In the early hours of Friday a British National along with his Thai girlfriend were caught-up in an attempted bag snatch with both sustaining injuries.

The attempted bag snatch took place in Soi Buakhao just before 3am as Mr. Darren Holden aged 54 and his Thai Girlfriend, Khun Pijit aged 20, were driving home on their motorbike.

baf snatches are actually pretty common on Soi buakhao.

Girls after work usually have some money and most have latest phones, easy snatch.

However because it's a known location, many taxi drivers seem to work together and not many can get away.

Seen a few attempted snatches and each time taxi drivers either knocked down the bike or grabbed the snatchers.

Each time snatchers were served street justice , while police stood aside

Immaterial of age difference it needs to be policed as in uniformed police not the catch and grab taxi drivers but applause to them guys they do an awesome job little of which is not known by many as in helping in accidents sorting out fracases and more.
