Me as well, 1339 service men installing high tech facial recognition cameras, replacing the over 1000 broken and blurry ones would be a good start rather than the charge of the light brigade.

Eye level is recommended for facial recognition cameras. You can see them in Airports etc. on walls or other things people hopefully won't walk into. They capture live 3d data.

These are different units to those that can utilise facial recognition software applied to the footage.
