WWW...only shows the ems rates, I am looking for a list of domestic rates and international rates like the registered airmail, the cheap rates, google wan't of much help eather.

Yep, they have a website with only rudimentary information (read: useless). About the only way you can find out is to call them (good luck finding someone who speaks English) or go to the post office.
