A 45-year-old Irish national was killed in a crash with a car while riding his motorbike along National Road 3 in Kandal province yesterday morning, according to police.

Men Chanrith, Kandal Stung district police chief, said that the victim’s identity had not yet been determined as he was not carrying any identifying documents when he was killed.

However, Chanrith said that about 15 minutes after the crash two women, presumably friends of the victim, riding another motorbike pulled up at the site of the crash and began to cry and shout the name “Kevin”.

If he was not carrying any identification documents how was it determined that he is Irish?

If you actually read the full story, then you and I would not be commenting on his nationality.
