Have you been approached to discuss the purchase of a car park plot at Glasgow or Gatwick airports? If you have be extrememly careful. They say they guarantee 8% per annum for the first two years - this and the saleman's commissions comes out of the purchase price of £20,000. What they don'ttell you is that they can determine the lease after 2 or 6 years which leaves you with nothing. Even after the guarantee period they don't tell you what share of the fees you an expxect - nothing at all. If they said that all plot holders will receive x% per annum of the net take then fair enough - but they don't, they waffle on about how you can expect income but nothing concrete. be very very careful - I think it is a scam fo the first order.

What this got to do with pattaya.
