Activating part two of my double-entry tourist visa with a trip to Europe

Featured Replies

Hi all

I'm thinking of going back to the U.K in the next week when the first part of my double-entry tourist visa runs out. I plan on staying for about 3 weeks. Will it be fine to then come straight back to Thailand and activate the second part of the double-entry? In theory it sounds perfectly acceptable but is there any chance immigration will get suspicious about it at the airport? I am aware of how unpredictable they can be. I've already had a previous tourist visa and two exemptions in my passport if that makes a difference.
Thanks

If the visa remains valid there will be no problem.

Check the "enter before" date clearly visible on the visa sticker.

There is absolutely no problem whatsoever and immigration have nothing to be suspicious about. The only restriction you have is to enter before the 'enter before' date printed on your visa.
